The other day, I discussed some of our most popular (and effective) nutrition coaching options. For some, that programming is the perfect mix of guidance and freedom. For others, it just isn’t enough. For others, even just some freedom is too much. That’s why we created the Basecamp Nutrition Coaching program.

Basecamp is just how we described it in the title - your coach plans your weekly meals. All you do is buy the food, cook it, and eat it! It’s important to note that we take just as much pride in our nutrition coaching as we do in our fitness training, and just like with our flexible coaching options, individualization is key. Not everyone is the same - food preferences or dietary restrictions, grocery budget, daily or weekly schedule - all have an effect on the specific macronutrient profile that is likely to help you create progress toward your goals. Your coach creates and uses this macro profile to create a customized meal plan that identifies every breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack that you will eat throughout the week.

Basecamp aims to give you every tool necessary to see the success you’re looking for in your journey to better nutrition. Although the task of deciding what to eat is done for you, education is also incredibly important to us. No one wants to be told what to eat for their entire life. That’s why we ensure that all your questions are consistently answered and material is provided for you to reference again and again until it becomes second nature.

Our goal for our nutrition clients is growth. We want everyone to have the confidence to eat in a way that satisfies them mentally, physically, and emotionally, attend social events and enjoy holidays with friends and family without feeling overwhelmed or guilty, and consistently attack goals as they change over time. Basecamp is the ultimate springboard into that position when you’re starting from scratch.

Basecamp is not for the faint of heart. Sure, it’s easy to say that your coach does all the legwork for you. In reality, we just do the thinking that gets you started. YOU have the responsibility to implement the task we give you - day in and day out. Let’s be honest…
