Getting started at Precision

 
  1. Schedule a FREE discovery meeting

The first step towards making progress starts with a conversation. At Precision Training, we want to learn about your exercise background, your health history, your health and fitness goals and why achieving your goals is important to you.

During the appointment, we’ll dig into your pain points and explain our process and how we see it best serving you in pursuit of your progress.

2. Precision Assessment

The Precision Assessment is a 90 minute in-depth trainer led full body workout that is approved by chiropractors, exercise physiologists, and physical therapists. This 90 minute introductory training session allows our team to get an accurate understanding of your body’s starting point.

It stands to reason that before we plan what weights you’ll use, what exercises are safe, and how frequently you should train; your trainer should know what your body can do, what your mind can handle, and what your budget will allow.

3. Choose your Workout Setting

1-on-1 Training

Get up close and personal with your workouts when you schedule with a 1-on-1 Trainer at Precision. Our team of professionals create personalized fitness plans for each of their clients to achieve their goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of fitness or an athlete seeking a new challenge, every piece of your Precision experience is designed with you in mind.

 

Small group Training

What’s more motivating than working out with a group of people who have the same goal? At Precision Training, our Small Group Training hones in on a particular training focus, and then consistently work toward each person achieving their individual goals together.

Are you looking to build muscle mass? We have a group for that!

Want to learn proper technique with a barbell? Let’s work together to create that Small Group for you.

With Small Group Training, you get the benefit of working out with a 1-on-1 Trainer while splitting the cost with others, and get a higher level of intentionality and smaller session than our Large Group option.

 
 

Large Group Training sessions

Are you ready to kick it in gear?

Our Large Group training sessions are designed to get you the best workout for your body at a fraction of the cost of a 1-on-1 session. Classes range from 12-20 people.

Our trainers will not only teach you how to move safely, but also, how to prep your body properly for a high intensity workout so that you can workout again!

Large Group Session Schedule

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 5 am

Monday - Friday: 6:15 am

Monday - Thursday: 4:30 pm, 6 pm

Monday/Wednesday: 7 pm

Saturday: 6 am, 7:30 am
