Booking and Billing Policies

We ask that all clients training inside of Precision Training bring clean shoes to change into once inside. We have shoe trays available for your outdoor shoes until your session is over, and we offer shoe racks for clients who wish to leave their shoes at the gym between sessions. We request and require athletic shoes be worn during sessions for safety reasons.

Clothing should not contain profane or offensive images, language, or innuendoes. We ask that you respect any and all types of people who may choose to train at Precision Training with a humble, hungry, and happy attitude.

1-on-1 and Small Group Training (6-on-1)

  • In order to promote consistency and predictability with your schedule and our trainer capacity, 4-weeks of training sessions will be purchased on an automatic 28 day billing cycle.

  • If you will be absent for more than 7 consecutive days in your billing cycle due to sickness or travel, you may contact our General Manager no less than 14 days prior to your absence. At that time, you will agree to a return date and your session expiration clock will resume on that date.

  • If you are absent for less than 7 days in your billing cycle due to sickness, travel, or personal obligations, you may make up any missed sessions in the additional weeks in your billing cycle.

  • In the event a session is canceled for any reason within 12 hours of the scheduled session time, the credit for that session will be forfeited.

  • If the trainer and client are able to agree upon a rescheduled session time within the billing cycle for a late cancel, the client may retain that credit and use it for the rescheduled session.

  • In the event a medical pause is required (surgery (either planned or emergent), injury, etc.) a signed doctor’s note is required to be sent directly to the General Manager. The note must contain all applicable exercise restrictions as well as the start and end date of the restriction period.

  • All sessions rescheduled due to absence are subject to trainer availability, and although we will do our best to accommodate, trainers are not required to extend their hours or reorganize their schedule to accommodate.

Large Group Training

  • For safety purposes, it is important to participate in the mobility and warmup section of each workout session. In the event that a client arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time, they may not be allowed to participate in the large group session. A bodyweight workout will be provided for them to complete on their own in the gym once they arrive.

  • In order to promote consistency and predictability with your schedule and our trainer capacity, 12 Large Group Training sessions will be purchased on an automatic 28 day billing cycle.

  • We may only pause your Large Group Training membership if you will be absent for more than 14 consecutive days in your billing cycle. To pause your membership, please contact our General Manager no less than 14 days prior to your absence. At that time, you will agree on a return date and your membership will resume on that date.

  • If you are absent for less than 14 days in your billing cycle due to sickness, travel, or personal obligations, you may make up any number of sessions in the remaining weeks in your billing cycle. This is subject to class availability, and although we will do our best to accommodate, trainers are not required to expand the class size to accommodate.

  • In the event a medical pause is required (surgery (either planned or emergent), injury, etc.) a signed doctor’s note is required to be sent directly to the General Manager. The note must contain all applicable exercise restrictions as well as the start and end date of the restriction period.

  • In the event a session is canceled for any reason within 2 hours of the scheduled session time, the credit for that session will be forfeited.

  • In the event a session is booked, the client does not cancel, and the client also does not attend (no show), a $10 penalty will be assessed for the session, in addition to forfeiting the session credit.

Membership Changes

  • All memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice to the General Manager. The date of cancellation is identified by the client signing the cancellation form in person at Precision Training.

  • At the time of cancellation, the final payment for training services will be collected and the client will be entitled to 4 additional weeks of training after their current billing period ends.

  • At the time of cancellation, an exit interview will be scheduled with the General Manager to ensure we receive feedback on the client’s experience and may provide them with the best guidance toward their next phase in their health and fitness journey.

  • 30 days notice is NOT required to adjust the service utilized with Precision Training, although communication with the General Manager and the coach is highly encouraged to ensure a seamless and appropriately-timed transition.

  • Precision Training reserves the right to terminate membership of any client, at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to - inappropriate dress or language, misconduct, delinquent payments).
