My Why
Growing up, being an athlete and a good student were always the two most prominent parts of my identity. For much of my life, I made decisions based off of what I felt was logically right, what guaranteed (or at least highly favored) success, and what made the people around me happy. It wasn’t until after college and in my first real job search that I finally decided to do something that was scary, uncertain, potentially inconsistent, and fully in line with what I was passionate about. I chose to get my personal training certification so that I could share something that I loved with other people and also to give myself a shot at living a life and working in an industry that I was truly passionate about.
Since finding Precision Training shortly after receiving my first certification, my life has changed so much for the better. I get to spend each day helping people see themselves differently, little by little, and empower them to do the scary things over and over each week. There is nothing better than helping someone conquer their own mental mountain.
